  • Substantial Defects: If the delivered service has significant defects that cannot be resolved, and the service is not usable as intended, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, a refund for the duplicate payment will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after the service has been delivered.
  • Completed Services: Once a digital service has been delivered and accepted by you, it is considered complete and non-refundable, unless a substantial defect is identified.
  • Minor Defects: If the delivered service has minor defects that do not significantly impact its use, corrections will be made, but a refund will not be issued.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the service at vivofcom@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The date of purchase and service provided.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
